Perhaps we can never create a world where there are no suffering children, but we can create a world where there are fewer suffering children.

Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital:

Kick For Kids is proud and honored to have raised over $77,000 benefiting Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.

We empowered Rec. Therapy/Child Life Specialists at Packard Children's Hospital to deliver outstanding care to Patients and their families.  Child Life Specialists connect with every Child at the hospital helping them manage stress or fears, provide toys at bedside, supply arts and crafts activities.  Also, they give surprises such as festive banners, birthday presents, Christmas Santa Sacks and gifts to celebrate last chemotherapy treatment.

Through these programs, a child's ability to play, imagine, and smile is preserved even from a hospital bed.  This is a crucial part of healing!

Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Pediatrics:

2019 brings a new beneficiary to the Kick for Kids organization. With their first Kick for Kids event, the Cornell University Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Teams raised over $4000 for the Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Pediatrics. The Weill Cornell Medicine Department of Pediatrics  houses 14 subspecialty divisions along with dozens of associated programs, services, clinics and outpatient care sites. The Department provides subspecialty consultative services and facilities for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pediatric disorders. It houses a pediatric hematology/oncology clinic and a dedicated, 24-hour pediatric emergency department.

The Department is a leading regional referral for high-risk neonates, with a 24-hour transport team of specially trained paramedics stabilize and care for infants en route to the hospital from regions that fall within a 100-mile radius of the city. The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is staffed by a group of pediatric critical care specialists, each committed to clinical care and education, who work directly with graduate staff.

Thank you for supporting Kick for Kids and helping these young patients and their families in such an important way!
